Chuck Baldwin Hits it Dead On! - Everyone Loves A Police State by Chuck Baldwin, January 30, 2014 - I know it’s hard to imagine, but there was a time in this country when pastors from virtually every denomination believed in freedom. Not only did they believe in it; they fought for it. It seems like a long time ago. - Christian” means nothing today. Nothing! One can be a “Christian” and believe in Big Government, undeclared wars of intervention, debt-driven economics, socialized medicine, increased taxes, and, of course, a police state. Oh, many “conservatives” and “Christians” might SAY they don’t believe in these things, but their actions (or lack of them) speak louder than their words. - And THANK YOU to all of you folks out there who see what’s going on and are actively engaged in “the holy cause of liberty.”

http://chuckbaldwinlive.com/Articles/tabid/109/ID/1126/Everyone-Loves-A-Police-State.aspx

A few years ago, Reuters News reported that a nationwide poll conducted of the Russian people found that former dictator Josef Stalin was voted the third most popular historical figure. Over one-third of the Russian population participated in the poll.
See the report here:
Dictator Stalin Voted Third Most Popular Russian
Can you imagine? Stalin just might be the greatest mass-murderer in human history. Estimates of the body count during Stalin’s reign of terror range anywhere from 20-60 million, and that doesn’t include the millions of people who were starved, imprisoned, and tortured but who didn’t die. Only China’s Mao Tse-tung rivals Stalin’s butchery. Then, again, many Chinese people still love Mao Tse-tung, too.
How is it that people can laud and honor tyrants and butchers? How can people so easily submit to slavery and despotism?
No tyrant rises to power calling himself a tyrant. Tyranny is never sold as tyranny. Every tyrannical regime of history considered itself to be patriotic and compassionate; and the people who supported and submitted to such regimes considered themselves to be patriotic and compassionate, as well. The police state is never called that by those who promote it; they call it “law and order,” “keeping the peace,” “protecting the homeland,” etc.
Ask the average American today about the possibility that our country could become a police state and the common response is, “That could never happen here.” But, ladies and gentlemen, it is already happening here. And, furthermore, it seems that the vast majority of the American people are all in favor it. Republicans love it; Democrats love it; Christians love it; politicians love it; police officers love it; pastors love it; school teachers love it; businessmen love it; everyone loves a police state.
Threaten to remove Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty, and Christians and conservatives come out of the woodwork in righteous indignation. Threaten to put a Nativity scene on some courthouse lawn, and Democrats and liberals come out of the woodwork in righteous indignation. But propose laws that strip the American people of their God-ordained liberties protected by the Bill of Rights, and conservatives and liberals alike, Christians and unbelievers alike, think it’s just about the greatest thing since sliced bread.
You don’t believe that? Try this news story on for size:
According to a World Net Daily report, “The 2014 NDAA was fast-tracked through the U.S. Senate, with no time for discussion or amendments, while most Americans were distracted by the scandal surrounding A&E’s troubles with ‘Duck Dynasty’ star Phil Robertson.
“Eighty-five of 100 senators voted in favor of the new version of the NDAA, which had already been quietly passed by the House of Representatives.”
The report continued saying, “Section 1021 allows the detention of anyone, including American citizens, by the military, if the president considers that person to have helped with terror.”
The report further said, “Congress specifically expressed its desire for the detention provision to apply to American citizens even on American soil by rejecting multiple amendments that would have exempted them.”
So, where are the notable leaders of the Religious Right? Where are the liberal groups? Where is the national media? Where are the talking heads from the right and the left? With precious few exceptions, they are absolutely silent on the subject. Why? Because they like it.
Liberals never met a big-government program or proposal they didn’t like. If it increases the size and scope of government, liberals love it. Conservatives love anything that smacks of “law and order.” (A word of caution: you never want to be the defendant in a courtroom where the jury is stacked with conservatives. If you do, you’re dead meat, friend.) And Christians get goose bumps up their spine about anything they think resembles Romans 13. Give government more power over our lives and listen to the Hallelujahs ringing out from the all of these 501c3 churches. And ditto for most of the talking heads on radio and television and the vast majority of the pundits and spokesmen from the national news media. Like I said, everyone loves a police state.
Well, not everyone, thank God!
The same WND report mentioned above states, “Some of the nation’s most respected legal teams are asking the Supreme Court to take up a challenge to the indefinite-detention provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act, charging the law has created the framework for a police state.
“The controversial provision authorizes the military, under presidential authority, to arrest, kidnap, detain without trial and hold indefinitely American citizens thought to ‘represent an enduring security threat to the United States.’
“Journalist Chris Hedges is among the plaintiffs charging the law could be used to target journalists who report on terror-related issues.
A friend-of-the-court brief submitted in the case states: ‘The central question now before this court is whether the federal judiciary will stand idly by while Congress and the president establish the legal framework for the establishment of a police state and the subjugation of the American citizenry through the threat of indefinite military arrest and detention, without the right to counsel, the right to confront one’s accusers, or the right to trial.’
“The brief was submitted to the Supreme Court by attorneys with the U.S. Justice Foundation of Ramona, Calif., Friedman Harfenist Kraut & Perlstein of Lake Success, N.Y., and William J. Olson, P.C. of Vienna, Va.”

Congress Grants Obama Free Rein For Martial Law
Believe it or not, there was a time in this country when people from both sides of the political aisle believed in freedom. I know it’s hard to imagine, but there was a time in this country when pastors from virtually every denomination believed in freedom. Not only did they believe in it; they fought for it. It seems like a long time ago.
Have you taken a close look at your State and local police agencies lately? More and more, our police officers and sheriff’s deputies resemble soldiers more than they do peace officers. I challenge you to Google “police abuse.” What you will discover will shock you. And, for all intents and purposes, the folks who live in many Northeastern states---along with California and Illinois--are already living in a State that is more controlled than many foreign countries, including some of the countries that we would call oppressive. And even our freer states are feeling the heavy hand of Big Brother more and more each day.
In fact, if you want to really get a taste of a police state, just move into some neighborhoods with their Gestapo-like Home Owner Associations (HOA). I’m telling you, some of these HOA rival anything Adolf Hitler could dream up.
Folks, take a good, hard look at reality: America is already in the beginning throes of a police state. Orwell’s “1984” and Huxley’s “Brave New World” are here. And far, far too many people seem fine with it.
I tell you the truth: I am to the point where I don’t know what to call myself. “Conservative” means nothing today. Nothing! One can be a “conservative” and believe in Big Government, undeclared wars of intervention, debt-driven economics, socialized medicine, increased taxes, and, of course, a police state. Likewise, “Christian” means nothing today.
A big THANK YOU is in order for Bill Olson, Herb Titus, Chris Hedges, et al. And THANK YOU to all of you folks out there who see what’s going on and are actively engaged in “the holy cause of liberty.”
(Patrick Henry) I am your brother and compatriot, no matter what you call yourself. At this point, we aren’t conservatives or liberals, Christians or unbelievers; we are freedomists or statists.
Tyrants such as Joe Stalin and Mao Tse-tung might be popular with some people, and a burgeoning police state might be popular with some people, but there is a whole host of us in these United States who aren’t going to the gulags and gas chambers peacefully. And unlike the peasants of Europe and Asia, we aren’t surrendering our means of self-defense, either.
No, not everyone loves a police state.

Bradlee Dean: Religion of Ignorance - “A nation of well-informed men who have been taught to know and prize the RIGHTS which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the religion of ignorance that tyranny begins.”

“A nation of well-informed men who have been taught to know and prize the RIGHTS which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the religion of ignorance that tyranny begins.”
– Benjamin Franklin

Goodness gracious, America – what is it going to take for the American people to bring forth justice against an administration that is willfully and purposely tearing down the Constitution of the United States? Of course, we know that this is nothing but an attempt by the current administration to recreate our country in the image that looks just like themselves … lawless!

What sort of men and woman are behind these unconstitutional and unlawful schemes being perpetrated against the American people on a daily basis?

And let me ask you, what kind of a message is it when those who have been entrusted to represent “we the people” can no longer be trusted? Thirteen percent (Gallup) of the American people say that they have confidence in Congress as an institution.

Capitol Hill Blue did some research on Congress, and here is what they found:

  • 111 members of the House and Senate have run at least two businesses that went bankrupt, often-leaving business partners and creditors holding the bag.
  • 79 of them have credit reports so bad that they can’t get an American Express card on their own (but as members of Congress, they get a government-issued American Express card without a credit check).
  • 64 have personal and financial problems so serious that they would be denied security clearances by the Department of Defense or the Department of Energy if they had to apply through normal channels (but, again, as members of Congress they get such clearances simply because they fooled enough people to get elected).
  • 31 members of Congress have been accused of spousal abuse in either criminal or civil proceedings.
  • 33 have driving-while-intoxicated arrests on their driving records (34 if you include President George W. Bush, but he never served in Congress).
  • 24 are or have been defendants in various lawsuits, ranging from bad debts, disputes with business partners or other civil matters.
  • Nine members of Congress have been accused of writing bad checks, even after the scandal several years ago, which resulted in closure of the informal House bank that routinely allowed members to overdraw their accounts without penalty.
  • 17 have drug-related arrests in their backgrounds, six for shoplifting, five for fraud, four for assault and one for criminal trespass.

These are the ones that were caught, and this was in 2005.

Because they were not held accountable for their crimes back then, they have today become more emboldened to continue down the same lawless road.

People in this country need to understand that criminals mock society’s laws. America’s compassion is a weakness that its enemies do not and will not share. Criminals thrive on the indulgences of society’s understandings. The corrupt depend upon your ignorance of the Constitution and its enumerated laws. Until America calls those that break the laws “criminals,” nothing is going to change (Isaiah 51:4).

The days are getting darker, you might say, but remember, when you live in darkness, the only light that you have is truth. So turn the lights up and expose the darkness. It would do us all well, America, to stick to the light that not only exposes but also refuses the darkness (Ephesians 5:11).

Daniel Webster rightly said, “I apprehend no danger to our country from a foreign foe. … Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter. From the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence. I must confess that I do apprehend some danger. I fear that they may place too implicit a confidence in their public servants, and fail properly to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men, and become the instruments of their own undoing. Make them intelligent, and they will be vigilant; give them the means of detecting the wrong, and they will apply the remedy.”

BEST WORDS EVER SAID Regarding Gun Ban Control 2nd Amendment Ted Nugent

Mike &The Mechanics - Silent Running - Has anyone really read these words - sounds like what we are facing now- What did they know??? What did they see???

Mike &The Mechanics - Silent Running - Has anyone really read these words - sounds like what we are facing now- What did they know??? What did they see???

------Take the children and yourself
And hide out in the cellar

By now the fighting will be close at hand
Don't believe the church and state
And everything they tell you

Believe in me, I'm with the high command

Can you hear me, can you hear me running?
Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you?
Can you hear me, can you hear me running?
Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you?

There's a gun and ammunition
Just inside the doorway
Use it only in emergency

Better you should pray to God
The Father and the Spirit
Will guide you and protect from up here

Can you hear me, can you hear me running?
Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you?
Can you hear me, can you hear me running?
Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you?

Swear allegiance to the flag
Whatever flag they offer
Never hint at what you really feel
Teach the children quietly
For some day sons and daughters
Will rise up and fight while we stood still<<---!!!

Can you hear me, can you hear me running?
Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you?
Can you hear me, can you hear me running?
Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you?

Can you hear me running (can you hear me calling you?)
(Can you hear me) hear me calling you?
(Can you hear me running) hear me running babe?
(Can you hear me running) hear me running?
Calling you, calling you

The film opens with screen titles describing the anti-Catholic provisions of the 1917 Constitution of Mexico. Civil war erupts when newly elected Mexican president, Plutarco Elías Calles (Rubén Blades), begins a violent and relentless crackdown against the country's Catholic faithful. The film depicts the carnage by showing churches being set on fire, Catholic priests murdered and countless faithful peasants killed, then having their bodies publicly hang on telegraph poles as a warning to others.
The story shifts to Father Christopher (Peter O’Toole), a Catholic priest, who is ruthlessly murdered by the Federales. A thirteen-year-old boy named José Luis Sanchez (Mauricio Kuri) witnesses the killing. Driven by anger and rage, he joins the rebels, or Cristeros ("soldiers for Christ"), fighting against Calles. Their battle cry is "¡Viva Cristo Rey!" ("Long live Christ the King"). The rebel leader, retired general Enrique Gorostieta (Andy Garcia), an agnostic, takes an interest in young José and the boy soon becomes his protégé. Later while fighting against the Federales, José is captured in a firefight and is tortured to force him to renounce his belief in God. When he resolutely defends his faith, he is executed. The next year Gorostieta is killed in a battle at Jalisco. In 1929, however, agreements were made to restore religious freedoms. Pope Benedict XVI beatified Jose in 2005 along with twelve other Cristero martyrs.

Gun Control, Then Tyranny! - "Molon Labe" (Come and Take Them) - Safety from what? Criminals? Does the government really think criminals are going to register their guns? No, they don't. Gun control is as much about safety as Obamacare is about health care.

Gun Control, Then Tyranny!

 Ray DiLorenzo

"Molon Labe" (Come and Take Them)

As King Leonidas responded to the Persian army when they demanded the Spartans surrender their weapons at the Battle of Thermopylae in 480 B.C. (the 300 Spartans).

I could easily write an article about the absurdity of gun control laws, but Ive decided to let history speak for itself.

History is brimming with proof that gun control leads only to confiscation, death and tyranny:

Ottoman Turkey  1915 -1917
Target: Armenians
Killed:  1-1.5 million
Date of Gun Control Law:  1886-1911
Gun Control Scheme:  Permits Required, Ban on Possession

Soviet Union  1929-1953
Target:  Anti-Communists
Killed:  20-40 million
Date of Gun Control Law:  1928-1938
Gun Control Scheme:  Licensing of Owners, Ban on Possession

Nazi Germany & Occupied Europe  1933-1945
Target:  Jews, Gypsies, Anti-Nazis
Killed:  20 million (Many were killed by the Brown Shirts, Hitler's private army, which were eventually targeted themselves)
Date of Gun Control Law:  1928-1938
Gun Control Scheme:  Registration, Ban on Possession

China, Nationalist  1927-1949
Target:  Political Opponents, Army Conscripts
Killed:  10 million
Date of Gun Control Law:  1914, 1935
Gun Control Scheme:  Government Permit System, Ban on Private Ownership

China, Communist  1949-1952, 1957-1960, 1966-1976
Target:  Anti-Communists, Rural Populations
Killed:  20-35 million
Date of Gun Control Law:  1935-1957
Gun Control Scheme:  Prison or death to "Counter Revolutionaries"

Guatemala  1960-1981
Target:  Maya Indians
Killed:  150,000
Date of Gun Control Law:  1932-1964
Gun Control Scheme:  Registration, Licensing with high fees, Ban on guns & sharp tools

Uganda  1971-1979
Target:  Christians, Political Rivals
Killed:  300,000
Date of Gun Control Law:  1955-1970
Gun Control Scheme:  Register all guns and owners, Photo ID, Warrantless searches, Licenses for transactions, Confiscation

Cambodia  1975-1979
Target:  Educated Persons
Killed:  2 million
Date of Gun Control Law:  1956
Gun Control Scheme:  Licensing of guns, owners and ammunition, Photo ID

Rwanda  1994
Target: Tutsi People
Killed:  800,000
Date of Gun Control Law:  1979
Gun Control Scheme:  Registration of guns, ammunition and owners, Ban concealable guns

As one can see from history, all genocide in the 20th century was preceded by gun control.  Totalitarian governments begin their infringement on civil rights by disarming the public with the promise of "safety" by giving up a "little" freedom.

Safety from what?  Criminals?  Does the government really think criminals are going to register their guns?  No, they don't.  Gun control is as much about safety as Obamacare is about health care.

Make no mistake, gun confiscation in this country will be attempted incrementally.  The elites of Hollywood, the media and the political class will work feverishly to convince us it's in our benefit to be unarmed.

With the creation of the Department of Homeland Security, a list of "domestic terrorists" from the MIAC (Missouri Information Analysis Center) in 2009 have included veterans, libertarians, gun owners, constitutionalists and more recently "tea baggers."  These groups will be the first to be disarmed, but the list will keep growing until it includes everyone except the political class.  The "useful idiots" of the media and Hollywood will realize too late they have been had.

History has spoken, are you listening?

Pastor Chuck Baldwin: It Is Not Over - Sam Adams may have said it best when he said, “It does not take a majority to prevail...but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.” - All over the country, tens of thousands of Christians are leaving these timid and cowardly ministers--even pastors are leaving their timid congregations behind and joining up with freedom-minded believers in brand new independent fellowships . Furthermore, there are thousands of Christians who are leaving these say-nothing churches and starting home churches or are meeting with small groups of believers who also share their love of liberty. In addition, we have hundreds of believers who, because they cannot find a patriot pastor in their community - The fires of liberty are burning too brightly in too many hearts. And more and more of Sam Adams’ “brushfires of freedom” are being lit by the day. ((NOTICE WATCH BELOW!!! "Moses My Servant Is Dead; Now Therefore Arise")) !!!!

    It Is Not Over
    Published: Thursday, January 9, 2014
Everywhere I go, I meet people who seem to believe that it’s all over, that there is no hope, that freedom is forever doomed. The doom and gloomers are omnipresent. But there is a great line in the newest version of the movie “Red Dawn” that should help put it all in perspective. One of the freedom fighters says, “I’m still breathing so, it’s not over.” I love that line. I feel exactly the same way.

There is no question that the forces of globalism and socialism have pretty much had their way over the past few decades. And with very few exceptions, we don’t have a lot of allies in Washington, D.C., and in most State capitals. For that matter, we don’t have a lot of allies on Wall Street or in most classrooms. But that doesn’t mean that it’s over: not by a long shot.

Freedom didn’t have a majority in 1775 and 1776, either. I doubt that one could find any time in history when the proponents of liberty were ever in a majority. Sam Adams may have said it best when he said, “It does not take a majority to prevail...but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”

However, there is one thing that Colonial America had that modern America doesn’t have: a patriot pulpit. The pulpits of Colonial America were ablaze with the fire of liberty. Colonial clergymen of every Christian denomination explained, extolled, enlightened, expounded, and elucidated the Natural Biblical principles of liberty from their pulpits continuously. Remember that it was mostly the men of Pastor Jonas Clark’s congregation at the Church of Lexington that stood armed on Lexington Green against British troops in the wee morning hours of April 19, 1775, and fired the shot heard ’round the world.

Publisher and historian Gerald Nordskog writes these words about Jonas Clark: “As the pastor of the church at Lexington, he typically gave four sermons a week, written out and orally presented--nearly 2200 sermons in his lifetime. His preaching was vigorous in style, animated in manner, instructive in matter, and delivered with uncommon energy and zeal, with an agreeable and powerful voice. His sermons were rarely less than an hour, often more.”

Nordskog continues, “It can be regarded only as a singularly happy circumstance that, as Lexington was to be the place where resistance to the power of England was first to occur, and the great act of a declaration of war first to be made by the act of the people in the blood to be there shed, making the place forever famous in history, the minister of Lexington should have been a man of the principles, character, courage, and energy of Mr. Clark.

“It can be regarded he was eminently a man produced by the times--more than equal to them; rather a guide and leader. All his previous life, his preaching, his intercourse and conversation among his people had been but a continued and most effectual preparation for the noble stand taken by his people on the morning of the 19th of April, 1775. The militia on the Common that morning were the same who filled the pews of the meetinghouse on the Sunday morning before, and the same who hung upon the rear of the retreating enemy in the forenoon and throughout the day. They were only carrying the preaching of many previous years into practice.

“It would not be beyond the truth to assert that there was no person at that time and in that vicinity--not only no clergyman but no other person of whatever calling or profession, who took a firmer stand for the liberties of the country or was more ready to perform the duties and endure the sacrifices of a patriot, than the minister of Lexington.

“When the struggle actually commenced, the people were ready for it, thoroughly acquainted with the reasons on which the duty of resistance was founded, and prepared to discharge the duty at every hazard. No population within the compass of the Colonies were better prepared for the events of the 19th of April, than the people of Lexington; no people to whom the events of that day could more safely have been entrusted; none more worthy of the duties that fell to their lot; or who better deserved the honours which have followed the faithful performance of them. No single individual probably did so much to educate the people up to that point of intelligence, firmness, and courage, as their honoured and beloved pastor.” (Nordskog, Gerald Christian; The Battle of Lexington; Nordskog Publishing; 2007; Print.)

Can one imagine how history would have been changed had the Church of Lexington, Massachusetts, and all of the churches of Colonial America for that matter, been occupied with the kinds of ministers we have today? I can tell you this: there would have been no Lexington Green and Concord Bridge; no Bunker Hill; no Valley Forge; no Declaration of Independence; no U.S. Constitution; and no United States of America. And that is an absolute fact. The erroneous interpretation of Romans 13, so prevalent today among pastors and churches, would have instructed the colonists that it would be a sin against God to rebel against King George. Pastors would have taught their congregations to be good little slaves to the Crown. Without a doubt, had Colonial America had the kinds of ministers we have today, we would still be a subjected colony of Great Britain to this very hour.

And if you think Jonas Clark was the exception to the rule in Colonial America, you haven’t studied history. Men such as John Witherspoon, James Caldwell, John Peter Muhlenberg, Joab Houghton, Ebenezer Baldwin, Elisha Williams, Charles Chauncy, Jonathan Mayhew, Isaac Backus, Samuel Sherwood, John Fletcher, John Leland, etc., etc, inspired and instructed Christians of all denominations regarding their duties and responsibilities as free men and women under God--including the duty to free themselves from the yoke of bondage.

So prominent was the role that Presbyterian pastors played in the American Revolution that as news of the rebellion spread throughout England, Horace Walpole told his fellow members of the British Parliament, “There is no use crying about it. Cousin America has run off with a Presbyterian parson, and that is the end of it.” And Presbyterian ministers were not the only ones to rally the church for the cause of independence.

So many Baptist preachers participated in America’s War for Independence that at the conclusion of the war, President George Washington wrote a personal letter to the Baptist people saying, “I recollect with satisfaction that the religious societies of which you are a member have been, throughout America, uniformly and almost unanimously, the firm friends to civil liberty, and the preserving promoters of our glorious Revolution.” It also explains how Thomas Jefferson could write to a Baptist congregation and say, “We have acted together from the origin to the end of a memorable Revolution.” (McDaniel, George White. The People Called Baptists. The Sunday School Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, 1918. Print.)

But it was ministers from all of the Christian denominations who sounded the clarion call for freedom from their pulpits. Writing in the mid-1800s, noted attorney and historian John Wingate Thornton said, “To the Pulpit, the Puritan Pulpit, we owe the moral force which won our independence.”

The patriot pulpit is what Colonial America had that modern America doesn’t have. We lack the “moral force” of that patriot pulpit. For the most part, America’s pastors today are shy, sheepish servants of the state. For the American people to once again muster the courage and conviction to reclaim their liberties requires a revival of the patriot pulpit. As long as Christian people stay seated in the padded pews of these passive pulpits, our nation will continue to plummet into the pit. But this is where the good news begins.

All over the country, tens of thousands of Christians are leaving these timid and cowardly ministers--even pastors are leaving their timid congregations behind and joining up with freedom-minded believers in brand new independent fellowships.

For example, we have over 800 patriot pastors listed on our Black Regiment web page. These are ministers who are not afraid to identify themselves as a patriot pastor and have asked to be included in the list. I invite you to search the list and see if there is a Black Regiment pastor near you. See it here:

    The Black Regiment

Furthermore, there are thousands of Christians who are leaving these say-nothing churches and starting home churches or are meeting with small groups of believers who also share their love of liberty. In addition, we have hundreds of believers who, because they cannot find a patriot pastor in their community, are tuning into the service at Liberty Fellowship each Sunday afternoon at 2:30 Mountain Time and listening to our messages.

To watch our messages live each Sunday afternoon online, go to:

I am personally convinced that there will be a “latter rain” of God’s outpoured blessings, including the blessings of liberty, upon His remnant in America. The fires of liberty are burning too brightly in too many hearts. And more and more of Sam Adams’ “brushfires of freedom” are being lit by the day. I firmly believe that what is now a trickle of revival and separation from these dead churches will soon become a torrent. Patriot pastors and congregations are being reborn and rebuilt at this very moment.

If it means we must forsake the establishment church, so be it. If it means we must leave the sleeping and lethargic behind, so be it. If it means we must relocate, so be it. If it means we must break old traditions, so be it. If it means it might cost us something, so be it. We fought and won our liberties once; we can do it again.

Is there no hope? Is it all over? Too many freedom lovers are still breathing so, it’s not over.

Will Armed Sheriff’s Deputies Stop the Criminal EPA? - Look this is HAPPENING IN CHEYENNE, WY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAKE UP TO DANNY GLICK

    The Common Sense Show
    tyranny
Agenda 21, or Earth First as it is now being called, spells doom for the Republic. As millions of documents have demonstrated, its policies are the antithesis of private property ownership, personal liberty, unaccountable and tyrannical administration of justice, anti-family and anti-representative government. Yet, like a flock of good little sheep, we continue to acquiesce to the tyranny. If you community does not presently have an Lexington Green, it may be time to build your center of resistance which will stand up to federal tyranny.
Everywhere, and I mean everywhere, that Agenda 21 has a strong foothold, we find extreme corruption, whether it is in Larimer County, CO. or Los Angeles County, CA. There is nowhere our people are safe from a tyrannical government gone crazy. As you are being evicted from your home, are going to continue to watch your favorite reality TV show on your mobile device during the eviction process? Attention sheep of America, there is nowhere left to hide.
Nowhere is there an organization like the Environmental Protection Agency  (EPA). The EPA is made up people who delight in spreading misery and tyranny to as many Americans as possible. They make up their own rules, enforce these rules retroactively and they are not accountable to anyone.
The EPA is the enemy of the people and strong action needs to be taken against this criminal enterprise organization.

    The EPA and Your Car

The reach of EPA is getting to the point where no American is safe from ruination from its dictatorial policies. For example, under EPA policies he Arctic Vortex is making criminals out of anybody who drives a car.
All across the nation, from Maryland to Colorado, states are adopting EPA regulations against warming up your car by prohibiting the practice they call “puffing”.
Many officials have their local community participate in the TV show Bait Car, in which local law enforcement entices a person to commit a crime (i.e. stealing a car) that they might otherwise not commit by leaving the keys in the ignition. Yet, these same states will fine you up to $1,000 for leaving your keys in the ignition of a vehicle which is not in motion. And what is truly behind these ridiculous policies? Why, it is the EPA who claim that they want cleaner air for everyone.
We would not want to confuse the EPA with the facts. For example, General Motors (GM) actually issued a statement encouraging remote starters on their cares, recently said that warming up a car actually reduces pollutants. GM states that “because the catalyst that traps the unburned hydrocarbons only activates once the engine is warm”. Yet, the EPA issued a report that claims modern vehicles need little warm-up. Idling for long periods in cold weather can actually cause excessive engine wear. Of course, as it is with the rest of the EPA’s policies, their policies are not backed up by legitimate science. Rather, the EPA rules by pseudo-scientific edict and their rulings always fly in the face of the public’s interest.

    The EPA and Eminent Domain

The playbook of United Nations inspired Agenda 21 policies is in full evidence in California Senate Bill 1 (SB 1). SB 1 will give power to all counties to form what the EPA calls “sustainable communities”.
EPA ally and confidant, California governor, Jerry Brown, stated that he will veto any modified bill that does not contain the ability to seize private property which stands in the way of achieving a sustainable community.
SB 1 contains language which models EPA “best practices” in which homes can even be taken a half a mile away from an public transportation site. Please allow me to painfully clear on this point. If the EPA wants to create a “no man’s land”, all they have to do is claim that they are going to “someday, at some future date of their choosing, ” build a public transportation site. If SB 1 is successful in its Agenda 21/EPA inspired California beta test, this is the kind of strategy which will sweep this nation as the EPA seeks to force all Americans from suburban and rural areas and make us all live in densely populated urban areas while living in 300 square foot micro-apartments.
At the end of the day, all city and county and governments will be able to create an unelected bureaucracies in order to create these “sustainable communities”. And one last item of note regarding the copying of EPA dictates at the local governmental levels, the private ownership of property is not attainable if your home could be taken at any time to create low income, low energy housing. Yes, that is the final provision of this bill. If government seeks to create a low income housing development based upon low energy use, all homes, not considered to be low income, are subject to being taken. I do not think that insanity and tyranny associated with these practices need any further elaboration.
If these Soviet style polices concerns you, you might want to consider distributing a full analysis of Senate Bill 1.

The EPA Steals An Entire Town

The EPA and the Department of Justice and Department of Interior, have decided it would be a good idea if it seized an entire town, including everyone’s property and turn it over to an Indian Nation. The EPA did exactly this without telling the mayor or any other elected official.
The town in question is Riverton, Wyoming and this transfer of ownership was accomplished under the authority of the Clean Air Act which “allowed” the EPA to hand over Riverton to the Wind River Indian Reservation. This land grab amounts to the transfer of ownership of over one million acres and impacts over 10,000 Americans.
In the case of Riverton, WY., the EPA has a powerful ally in the form of President Obama through the use of Executive Order (EO)13603. This EO combined with the heinous actions of the EPA have now been used to steal an entire town.

Conclusion and Call to Action Against the EPA

Do you understand that legislation against idling cars, the ability to seize property to promote sustainable communities and the self-proclaimed right for the federal government to seize an entire town, are all beta tests? If our out of control federal bureaucracies can get away with this in Riverton, then what is to prevent this from happening in your town?
Local residents need to reclaim their local governments at the key point in the process. This means capturing the office of the Sheriff in your local county. Every Sheriff is duty bound to uphold the Constitution. In doing so, a Sheriff has the legal right to act against those who are acting in an unconstitutional manner. As such, if your community can capture the office of the Sheriff, the Sheriff could deputize hundreds if not thousands of locally armed citizens. By acting in concert, locally deputized citizens along with Sheriff’s deputies could begin to arrest EPA officials and all local politicians who think that the passage and enforcement of laws, such as SB 1, is actually a good idea.
I completely understand that the Executive branch of the government may respond. Perhaps the King needs to know that tens of thousands of Lexington “greens” awaits his federal tyrants. Perhaps the 200+ military commanders who have been fired by Obama along with hundreds more military officers waiting to be fired, are taking notice.

EPA overrides Congress, hands over town to Indian tribes
Have you heard the story of the residents of Riverton, Wyo.? One day they were Wyomingans, the next they were members of the Wind River tribes — after the Environmental Protection Agency declared the town part of the Wind River Indian Reservation, undoing a 1905 law passed by Congress and angering state officials.
The surprise decision was made by officials of the EPA, the Department of Interior, and Department of Justice early last month, and has invoked the ire of Gov. Matt Mead, who has vowed not to honor the agency’s decision and is preparing to fight in court.
“My deep concern is about an administrative agency of the federal government altering a state’s boundary and going against over 100 years of history and law,” Mead said in a statement. “This should be a concern to all citizens because, if the EPA can unilaterally take land away from a state, where will it stop?”

    Latest Anointments
Just some things from the last few months to ponder. Once again glick shows that it is who you know as the only thing that really counts at the sheriff's department in the promotion cycle.

No testing, just blatant notifications of promotions because, well I'm the sheriff and will promote whom I choose. It used to be that just the captain slots were that way. Now it appears that every promotion will be.

That could be a point in a new sheriff's administration as to certain promotions being valid or political.

As to the promotions to captain, some questions come to mind. Wasn't the new patrol captain the same lieutenant that did the botched internal investigation on Ken Cook? The one that got thrown out at district court level because Cook hired an attorney that pushed his case outside the local Laramie County "good old boys" court system? How much is that costing the taxpayers of Laramie County? Or does that go under win some, lose some?

The latest anointed  patrol lieutenant still carries his prior baggage with him. He was not known as an overly efficient street deputy, definitely not a good sergeant, but still a legend in his own mind. Is he still looking for everyone to do him harm every time? Are there any new, undeserved awards to speak of? Remember, he was (and still is) a favorite of the new patrol captain (who had wanted him in that position the last time it came open).

Now you don't test for the sergeant position. The latest anointment to sergeant speak volumes. Why bother putting on the charade of a test when it will be who you know  and what they think of glick that gets you the position. The only good part is that they will be known as a political hack, nothing more. Most people would want to be remembered as better than that.

How long will this go on? At least until another sheriff takes over. And then what? A new sheriff will have his hands full dealing with the incompetence in supervision that has been left behind, assuming they stay.

But as long as longshanks turns on the charm, smiles at the right time, empathizes with whomever he talks to, and generally spreads his bullshit as far and wide as he can, don't look for the uninformed voters to change in the next election. Look for glick to start showing up in public to be sure that he is seen.

Pastor Dan Fisher - Bringing Back the Black Robed Regiment

Chuck Baldwin - Christians throughout the country are telling me to take it easy on my fellow pastors who refuse to engage the liberty fight from their pulpits.

Christians throughout the country are telling me to take it easy on my fellow pastors who refuse to engage the liberty fight from their pulpits. They tell me these pastors are really good men who just don't know better or who have a different "calling," etc. I say, BALONEY!

A battle is raging for the freedom of our children and grandchildren, and by not assisting "the holy cause of liberty" (Patr...ick Henry), these pastors are aiding and abetting the devilish forces that are working to enslave us. And the Christians who continue to support these pathetic pastors are likewise guilty of helping to put the chains of bondage around the necks of our posterity.

I believe a quote from Sir Winston Churchill is very appropriate at this point:

"If you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than live as slaves."

But with this current crop of pastors, the problem is even worse than Churchill described, because if they won't fight a bloodless fight now, you can bet the bank they would not fight a bloody fight tomorrow.

But the good news is tens of thousands (a low estimate) of Christians and ministers are walking out of these government churches and away from these government preachers and are beginning to form brand new independent, non-affiliated, non-501c3 churches. I'm hearing from them every day. I am convinced this quiet trickle will soon become a massive flood, the result of which could change the course of America. Stay tuned, and don't give up!

I love this quote from the latest Red Dawn movie, "I'm still alive, and that means it's not over." And it's not over, folks.

    Why Own “Assault Weapons”?

    By Stan Grant
This is a question we hear a lot these days, and after Sandy Hook (or any mass casualty event in a gun-free-zone) the gun grabbers assume they have the moral ground to take them from you.  After all, they’re not used to hunt, therefore you shouldn’t have them.
To begin with, assault is not a weapon, it is a behavior.  But the politically correct crowd assign that title to guns that are cosmetically incorrect (black) or that hold multi-round magazines.  That’s pretty much everything on the market, so an “assault weapons” ban is akin to a complete ban on gun ownership.  It’s a tyrant’s best friend.
Furthermore, an “assault weapons”ban ignores the reason we have a 2nd amendment. These God-given (not government-given) rights were enumerated to retain the civilian’s ability to FIGHT, not HUNT. The 2nd was designed to tilt the battlefield in favor of the armed civilian, and the civilians in the American Revolution had the exact same weapons as a standing army.
This leads to a question:  What, or whom, did our forefathers believe we may have to fight?  This would tell us a great deal about the type of weaponry they intended for civilians to own.  Our forefather’s own quotes tell us what or whom you may need to defend yourself against, and it has little to do with the British.  Below is a list, using their own words, of why you should own significant firepower, and who you may need to use it against.

    Bad guys and criminals:

T.JeffersonLaws that forbid the carrying of arms, disarm only those who are neither inclined, nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants. They serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man. * Thomas Jefferson, 1764
    Domestic tyrants and governmental overreach:

What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. Let them take arms.
    * Thomas Jefferson

A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government. * George Washington

If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government… * Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist (#28) .

(The Constitution preserves) the advantage of being armed which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation…(where) the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms. * James Madison.

The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any bands of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States. * Noah Webster, “An Examination into the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution (1787) in Pamplets on the Constitution of the United States (P.Ford, 1888)

[T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or the state governments, but where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the People. * Tench Coxe, Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788.

    Those who would enslave:
To disarm the people is the best and most effective way to enslave them. * George benfranklinMason

Those who beat their swords into plowshares usually end up plowing for those who didn’t. * Ben Franklin

Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are ruined…The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun. * Patrick Henry.

Are we at last brought to such an humiliating and debasing degradation that we cannot be trusted with arms for our own defense? Where is the difference between having our arms under our own possession and under our own direction, and having them under the management of Congress? If our defense be the real object of having those arms, in whose hands can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own hands? * Patrick Henry, 3 Elliot, Debates at 386.

The Constitution shall never be construed to authorize Congress to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms. * Samuel Adams, debates & Proceedings in the Convention of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, 86-87.
    Foreign invaders:
Arms discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property… Horrid mischief would ensue were the law-abiding deprived of the use of them. * Thomas Paine

The right of the people to keep and bear…arms shall not be infringed. A well-regulated militia, composed of the people, trained to arms, is the best and most natural defense of a free country… * James Madison, I Annals of Congress 434 (June 8, 1789).
In conclusion, our forefathers believed that we should NOT consign our safety into the hands of others.  It is a God-given right that you have, and in no way should you feel compelled to disarm just because the State says you should.  They saw firsthand what a Godless government will do to its civilians if they are disarmed.
Stony Hook was a horrific situation.  But just for a moment, put it in perspective by laying it against the totality of human history.  Measure it against the likes of Mao, Stalin and Hitler.  The atrocities committed by Godless governments against unarmed civilians make Stony Hook pale in comparison.  The bottom line is that when the people fear their government, you have tyranny.  When the government fears its people, you have liberty.  Suffice it to say, I think I’ll keep my “assault weapons”.
The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed. * Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers at 184-B.

Are You Worthy Of This Republic? - What have you done to save our republic? - Exclusive: Bradlee Dean warns citizens to take responsibility for America's iniquity - Declaration of Independence - Will You Live for Her? Bradlee Dean

    They are …?
As I was listening to two conservative news anchors bantering back and forth in a comical manner, asking one another as to what scandal they thought was most controversial in 2013 (the IRS targeting of conservative groups, Obamacare lies and its unconstitutionality, the Benghazi cover-up, etc.), I thought within myself: This is some serious irresponsibility going on through those who are responsible for helping preserve our republic.
Friends, what would you think of me if I knew that the ship we were on was purposely being destroyed by a few outlaws (corruption in the government), blowing holes in the bottom of the ship in hopes of sinking it, and I sat back with a smile on my face asking others on the ship, “Who do you think blew the bigger hole?” Acting as if I were exempt from being on the same ship that everyone else was on!
As I thought on this, it came to me that the problems with our country are not the media or the government’s fault alone. The media watchdogs only stay afloat by the sponsors that support them, and the people are responsible for supporting the sponsors. In regard to government, government derives its just powers from the consent of “We the People,” and the government in this country only reflects what the people tolerate. I also realized that our rights come from the hand of God, and those rights are maintained by fighting the good fight of faith (1 Timothy 6:12), which reflects what is, or is not, being preached from the pulpits across our land.
I recently came across this quote that comes to my aid, “We now live in a nation where doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, universities destroy knowledge, governments destroy freedom, the press destroys information, religion destroys morals, and our banks destroy the economy” (Isaiah 59, Leviticus 26, Deuteronomy 28).
In other words, America is now bearing corrupt fruit, opposite of what our founders established through acting out what the Bible and the Constitution commands and requires.
How you may ask? Through what “they” tolerate others to do to the ship we are all on.
Who is to blame? We often see the finger pointed at those who are only reflecting what is tolerated, as if to say that “they” are the problem. Who I ask, my friends, are “they”?
    “They” is you.
Talk to the average American and they are led to believe that the problems in this country belong to someone else; therefore, someone else needs to right the wrongs that they, as Americans, are obligated to right!
If it is not the professed church decrying that there is nothing that they can do because iniquity has overtaken America, then it is the conservative of the day complaining about corruption in government. Iniquity has taken over the “professed” church and much of the government because “they” have been derelict of duty in honor to God, and love toward man, in the preservation of this most blessed country of ours. Gratitude leads to duty. Friends, “they” again are simply the American people, and until you take responsibility, nothing is going to change. As we have heard time and time again in the past six years, the change that was promised is not the change that we wanted or expected.
Friends, indeed it has been a continual warfare in this country ever since I can remember. It has been war after war, scandal after scandal, lie after lie. It is going to sink our ship unless “We the People” take responsibility for what it is that we tolerate, both inside of the church and in our government.
John Hancock, the first person to sign the Declaration of Independence, took responsibility for the wrongs of his day by taking action against those who were usurping the rights of man. Hancock stood in the face of the tyrant King George. In fact, he purposely wrote his name so big that when the tyrant King George read the document, he did not have to put on his spectacles to read it.
Hancock stated, “Resistance to tyranny becomes the Christian and social duty of each individual. … Continue steadfast and, with a proper sense of your dependence on God, nobly defend those rights which heaven gave, and no man ought to take from us.” – History of the United States of America, Vol. II, Page 229.
